I started this group and then fibro fog sat in and forgot it, old age? fibo? the Meds?

I want to thank you all for joining and carring on this group and recruiting and all and helping others out. Case TY so much for aiding and helping, so wish you were closer to SC I would be living with you almost, lol, been living in Haities i think with the fibor / cfs symptoms lately and the med changes added to it, driving me nuts. This 57 yr old grandma is to her limits now. I know some of myofascialar txs as I had a few in my visits to the VA Hospital, but that therapist left and now they have none. Just my luck. I did learn some at least and my trusty thera-cane does help some, but nothing like the REAL TOUCH to help get and work it out good.
The weather really affects me, and with the hurricanes, and tropical storms off the coasts of fla, ga, and sc, wow how i go up and down on the pain indicator. it is a whirlwind here, but living back up north in Ohio where I am orginially from is worst.
We have finally cooled off down here and this 70 degree weather is rough getting use to when ones body is use to the 90's so once the body does adjust maybe I can level out and find some type of livable life again. if such a life ever exists.
